- In case of failed orders, We don’t refund the payment that is not credited to our account. But we can help you from our end to give the needed avail details to get a refund from the payment gateway/method.
- Order items are not applicable for return as long as it doesn’t meet our return policy. Please refer to the return policy section for more details.
- All charges are subject to change by MB Pharma for any reason before the order is placed.
- Once an order is placed, it can’t be canceled and no refund will be provided for the same.
- MB Pharma holds full authority and rights to cancel the order at any given stage of the order and a refund will be provided.
- Shipment delivery has to be followed up by the customer since we are using a third-party delivery service. We will provide the details to track the same.
